1. Acceptance and Scope
By using MapleWood services, you agree to these Terms, our server rules, and related policy pages (Privacy, Cookies, and Return Policy). If you do not agree, do not use MapleWood services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must use a valid account and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for actions performed through your account unless unauthorized access is caused by our own fault.
- You must comply with Mojang/Microsoft terms and any platform terms you use to access MapleWood.
- You may not impersonate staff, evade bans, or use alternate accounts to bypass enforcement.
- You may not sell, transfer, or trade accounts in violation of platform rules.
3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You may not use MapleWood services for abuse, fraud, disruption, or unlawful activity. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- Cheats, exploits, dupes, automation/botting, or unauthorized client/server manipulation.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or intentional disruption of community spaces.
- Payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or false purchase/support claims.
- Attempts to reverse engineer, interfere with, or attack service infrastructure.
4. Moderation and Enforcement
MapleWood may investigate rule violations and apply proportionate actions, including warnings, mutes, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, item resets/removals, and purchase-linked restrictions.
Enforcement decisions are based on gameplay integrity, community safety, and evidence available at the time of review.
5. Virtual Goods and Store Purchases
Store products are digital, in-game benefits only. They are licenses to access virtual features within MapleWood and are not real-world property rights.
- Benefits may be changed for balancing, technical, or legal reasons.
- Delivery timing may vary due to platform, payment, or infrastructure delays.
- Purchases do not grant ownership of MapleWood software, branding, or systems.
6. Payments, Disputes, and Fraud Controls
Payments are handled by Tebex and payment providers used by Tebex. Their terms also apply to checkout and disputes.
Where fraud risk exists, MapleWood may temporarily withhold, limit, or revoke purchase-linked access while verification is pending.
7. Service Availability and Changes
MapleWood may suspend, modify, or discontinue features at any time for maintenance, security, legal compliance, balancing, or operational reasons.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, zero downtime, or permanent availability of specific game modes, items, or integrations.
8. Intellectual Property and Content
All MapleWood branding, designs, systems, and service content remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit MapleWood content without permission.
By submitting content in MapleWood channels, you grant a limited, non-exclusive license to display and moderate that content for community operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MapleWood is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of virtual progress, data, goodwill, or service interruptions caused by third parties or events beyond reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where needed to enforce rules, protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations. Relevant provisions (for example IP, liability, disputes) survive termination as legally necessary.
